Day 9 | Peppermint Bark

What You Will Need:

- 2 Cups of White Chocolate 
- 2 Candy Canes 

How To:

• Place the candy canes inside a sandwich bag and crush them using a rolling pin.  

• Melt the chocolate, either in a bowl over a pan on the stove or in the microwave. 

• Add half of the peppermint into the chocolate and then spread the melted chocolate, in a thin layer, on a baking sheet.

• Sprinkle the remaining peppermint over the top and let it set in the fridge for 1 hour. 

• After 1 hour, break apart into pieces.

Then you're done. This is such a treat for those cosy nights indoors watching a Christmas film or you can bring them to a Christmas dinner party. Also, if you don't like white chocolate, you can always substitute for Milk/Dark chocolate.
