Following up from my birthday blog post (you can read that here) I thought it would be a good idea to list 22 life lessons that I have learned throughout the years about myself. I think it's healthy and important to reflect back on all the things that have made me the woman that I am today. So, without further ado..

1. It's better to have a few good friends then a lot of bad ones. When I was little, I thought having more 'friends' meant you were more popular, worthy etc. When infact, most of my 'friends' weren't friends at all and I started losing people as the years went on. Quality over quantity.

2. It's okay to be single.

3. My family are the most important and precious people to me.

4. I am an introvert.

5. Money stress is the worst kind of stress.

6. I am a very good friend. I am trust worthy, loyal and uplifting.

7. Without music, I would be lost.

8. Dogs are amazing.

9. I am a Christmas fanatic and I don't think that will ever change.

10. Toxic people do exist and sometimes they can your 'friends'.

11. I like being alone, I like taking care of myself. I don't need to be around people all the time.

12. Everyone has flaws. Nobody is perfect.

13. It is okay to make mistakes.

14. Opinions on yourself will change throughout the years. I used to hate my natural curly hair, now I love it and my social media work revolves around it.

15. I worry about things that are way out of my control.

16. You have to be happy with yourself to have a happy relationship.

17. Never go to bed mad with a loved one. Life is too short.

18. The law of attraction is REAL!

19. ..As is KARMA!

20. Cancer SUCKS

21. Taking care of your eyes (and teeth) is important. Go to your appointments and regular checkups!

22. Travelling and going on holiday is good for the soul.

Greece Photo Diary

Kalimera! That's Good Morning in Greek for those of you that didn't know haha. I just got back from 11 nights in the beautiful island of Kos in Greece and I had the time of my life. Greece has always been a country that I've wanted to see because of how beautiful it looks in photos and believe me, it lived up to all expectations. Obviously, I only saw one tiny part of it but even that was good enough. I hope that one day I'll be able to travel to all of the Greek islands and discover more of its beauty.

The hotel that we stayed in was called Atlantica Porto Bello Beach and it was lovely. Everything was really clean, the staff were probably the nicest people I have ever met and the food was DIVINE! I don't think I have ever eaten so much in my life, I just couldn't stop myself lol.
